Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC). Completion of the application does not guarantee you will receive WIC benefits, but it will make it possible for the WIC program to contact you to complete the eligibility process over the phone rather than in person.\u00a0This application requests that you upload documents such as identification, income information, and address. These can be photos of the documents.<\/p><p>More than 7.5 million people benefit from WIC each month. Its goal is to promote and support breastfeeding statewide.<\/p><ul><li>Mothers who breastfeed are eligible to receive WIC benefits longer than non-breastfeeding mothers.<\/li><li>Mothers who exclusively breastfeed their infants will receive an enhanced food package.<\/li><li>Mothers who breastfeed may be eligible to receive breast pumps to help support their breastfeeding.<\/li><li>Mothers who breastfeed may receive follow-up support through\u00a0Breastfeeding Peer Counselors where available. The Breastfeeding Peer Counselors provide education and support to pregnant and breastfeeding women. The Peer Counselors are available at the following sites: Central Regional Health Center, James O. Goodwin Health Center, Mingo WIC Clinic and Broken Arrow WIC Clinic.<\/li><li>Mothers who breastfeed can request specialized support from a WIC International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant
